Sanika has a multi-disciplinary background in design and is a new addition to the CX loop team. To create a sustainable system, she uses context-based design methodologies to develop holistic ideas that are desirable for users, technically feasible, and profitable for businesses.

She believes in optimising potential opportunities by extracting data and insights relevant to varying contexts. A keen focus on service design helps her deliver accessible human-centred solutions by aligning with the objectives outlined by organisations. Her experience includes a diverse mix of skills in communication design, design strategy, research and marketing.

Her approach encourages effective communication by simplifying complex ideas in visually engaging formats. A Master of Design degree from Swinburne University has reinforced her passion for creating an impact and driving positive change through design.
