Joining the CX Loop team as a Service Design Manager, Miriam brings a wealth of experience from across the globe to her new role. Having grown her skills at some of Australia and Canada’s largest consultancies, Miriam has a passion for designing services which truly meet people’s needs.
With an enthusiasm for solving complex problems, she aims to help organisations to provide real value to the community through human centred design methods. Miriam specialises in qualitative research where she can connect with users on a deeper level and really understand their goals, needs and challenges.
